The Town of Andover only provides 18 gallon blue recycling bins for free. Larger barrels or toters are not provided. Residents can use larger personal containers (such as a 30 gallon trash barrel), with total weight less than 50 pounds and Two(2) Red Recycling Stickers on the outside. Red Stickers may be obtained for free at the Water Treatment Plant, 397 Lowell St. (Rte. 133)
