The Selectboard is the Town's policy-making body, except as otherwise directed by state statutes or by the Town Charter. The Board of Selectmen appoints the Town Manager, Town Accountant, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Board of Registrars. Members of the Selectboard are elected by the voters of Andover, and serve for three-year staggered terms. Meetings are held twice monthly on Monday evenings.
