Are taxes billed on a calendar or fiscal year?
The Town of Andover issues tax bills on a quarterly basis. The billing cycle begins on July 1st each year. Subsequent bills are issued October 1st, January 1st and April 1st. On occasion, tax bills will be issued up to one week prior to these dates. This practice gives you more time to pay the bill and does not change any due dates.
