The Town Manager is appointed by the Selectboard for a five year term. The Town Manager serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer, and Chief Personnel Officer of the Town of Andover. The Town Manager appoints and supervises all employees, and is responsible for overseeing all services and operations of the Town of Andover. More information can be found here:
