Parking tickets should be paid (and must be received) no later than 21 days after issuance in order to avoid additional charges. The Town of Andover holds hearings on the first Tuesday of every month at 11:00am. The hearings are held on the first floor of the Andover Town Offices located at 36 Bartlet Street.
