Do I need a permit to prepare and/or sell food products at a non-profit fundraising event?

Generally speaking, a permit is required to prepare and/or sell food products at a non-profit fundraising event. Some foods and programs are exempt from the permitting requirements. Please call the Health Division office at 978-623-8640 to discuss the project at least two weeks in advance of the event.
