If the light is an antique in Shawsheen Village or the Downtown Business District, call 978-623-8702 to report any problems. If the light is a typical "cobra head' on a wooden pole, please fill out the form at the following link, https://andoverma.gov/774/Street-Lighting or call 1-800-365-1691. If the light is a "cobra head" on a metal pole or there is damage to the pole itself, call National Grid at 1-800-322-3223.
