The Zoning Bylaw refers to this as a home occupation. A home occupation can be approved by the Zoning Division in the Office of Community Development & Planning at the Town Offices (36 Bartlet Street) if it meets certain criteria listed in the Zoning Bylaw. The Zoning Bylaw can be found here
