If the vehice is on a public way, please call the Andover Police Department business line at 978-475-0411. Be prepared to provide the location, description of the vehicle (color, make and model) and license plate number. If the vehicle is on private property please call the Building Division at 978-623-8620. If the car is located in the public right of way it will usually be removed relatively quickly. Vehicles on private property often take longer to remove.
